Untrieds Day 20 - Color Club Jingle Jangle

Glitter glitter everywhere! Today I pulled out my Color Club Beyond the Mistletoe Collection set. All of the glitters are gorgeous. I decided on Jingle Jangle. I love the colors in this polish.

It has tons of sparkle, especially when the light hits it. I used three coats on most nails, four on a couple to get it opaque. It only took one thick coat of Poshe to give the glitter a smooth finish.

I cannot wait to try out the rest of the Color Club Beyond the Mistletoe Collection set, especially Holiday Splendor.

Untrieds Day 19 - Zoya Ashley

I love the idea of owning and wearing a polish with the same name as me. I could not resist buying Zoya Ashley when I saw it. The description just sealed it for me though. "Dark wine red with plum-purple undertones in a smooth creme finish. A dramatic, vampy red shade that never looks black." I've been wanting a new dark vampy red, but most of them look black.

Ashley is the perfect vampy red for me. I love it! Opaque in two coats with a wonderful application. This is the first of my Zoya polishes that I've used. I am so glad that I purchased it.

Untrieds Day 18 - Funky Fingers Burgandy Scales

I seem to be loving the layering during this challenge. :) Today, I've layered Funky Fingers Burgandy Scales over Cayman Island from the same brand.

I was a bit disappointed when I first painted it on, but a top coat changed all that. The top nail has a top coat, while the other doesn't. The shimmer does not show without it; its rather matte on its own.

I absolutely love this combo! Its a nice Autumn mixture in my opinion. Burgandy Scales crackled very well and has a pretty shimmer. I love how forgiving crackles are. You have to paint them on quick so its never perfect, but you wouldn't know it. Any missed spots blend right in with the cracks.

Untrieds Day 17 - Funky Fingers Cayman Island

Today I have a unique color to show you. :) I haven't seen another one quite the same color.

Cayman Island is pretty sheer, even after three coats. Next time I'll layer it. But it is a very pretty color. And I plan on layering another polish over top so it being sheer is not an issue. 

This polish has a slight shimmer to it, which shows up more with a top coat on. However these pictures are without a top coat. If you check out my next post, you can see it with crackle and a top coat.

Untrieds Day 16 - L.A. Girl Crowd Surfing

I have to say, I love this polish! Today I have L.A. Girl Crowd Surfing from their Rockstar Collection to show you. I got this lovely gem today from Amy from I'm Feeling Nail-ventrous.

Crowd Surfing is a light green jelly base filled with green micro glitter and gold/copper flakes. Its perfect for layering! This is just one coat over Sinful Colors Happy Ending. This is my first L.A. Girl polish. If the rest are like this one, I definitely want more.

Today I used my new Poshe Nail Strengthening Base Coat and Super Fast Drying Top Coat. I'm not sure you can see a difference in the top coat in the picture. But Poshe is shinier in person than my Orly Sec N Dry.

Sometime during the weekend, I'm going to gather together all the new polishes I've bought in the past month for a post. Its a ton!
