I hope you are enjoying your Friday! Its a little late in the day, but I finally have my post for the This Is Halloween Challenge. Today is witches.
As soon as it all came together, I realized the black and purple look random. But I still like it. For half of my fingers, I used two coats of Revlon Facets of Fuchsia, otherwise known as Scandalous. Facets of Fuchsia was released in a limited edition collection. When they decided to make it a core color, they changed the name. So if you decide to purchase it now, look for Scandalous.
The rest of my finger got one coat of Zoya Skylar. Then I sponged on Wet n Wild Saved by the Blue to give my sky some dimension and depth. On my index finger, I drew grass with Pure Ice Wild Thing and Ulta The Jungle Look. On my ring finger, I drew a glowing moon with Sinful Colors Unicorn. Finally I stamped on a cat and witch with Sinful Colors Black on Black and plate BM13.

Revlon Facets of Fuchsia & Matte-ly in Love
Boredom struck so I decided to spice up my nails with a matte top coat. I bought Hard Candy Matte-ly in Love a week or so ago and have yet to use it until tonight. It instantly made my polish matte and gave the glitter an interesting effect.

Revlon Facets of Fuchsia
Revlon came out with three new glitters as part of their Fall polishes. One of them is Facets of Fuchsia, a pretty polish with amazing amounts of purple glitter. Small round glitter and large hexagons as well.
Unlike most glitters, I did not need a color base coat. It took two coats to be opaque. I only used one layer of top coat, but in retrospect, I needed two. The polish soaked up the first coat.
I absolutely love it! It sparkles beautifully when the light hits it. Perfect for Autumn!
There are a lot of pictures. I tried very hard to capture the beauty and depth of this polish. The pictures do not do it justice.

It is definitely worth putting on your polish wishlist if you love purple and glitter. Right now its available only at Target.
(After this post was made, I topped this mani with a matte top coat. The post for that is here.)
