No, you are not imagining things, I used this polish before I cut my nails. I painted a thin coat of Candid on each nail as a base. Then one nail at a time, I did a generous layer and held the magnet over. The magnet is located on the top of the cap. The lines form rather quickly. I love the way this looks once the magnet is held over it. The shimmer is pulled into lines while the gorgeous glitter remains. Absolutely gorgeous in person. I cannot wait to wear this for Autumn.
Nabi Magnetic polish retails for $5 at Walgreens.
omg that is amazing!! I thought you had tape over it! That's the best magnetic polish around. It's really cheap too. The ones in Ireland cost €9 and they are fairly crap.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I love it!
DeleteI like this one even better than the pink one! I bet it is one of those that keep you staring at your hands all day.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen these show up in NYC yet but I can't wait to try them! They look great on you!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! I think this is the first shade of the magnetics that is actually different from all the others! Had you all noticed no matter the brand, they all were the same hues? I got the feeling it had to be a deep shade to get the pigments to move. You don't see a good bright pink that is in the med. range in magnetic.
ReplyDeleteThank you! :) I agree; a lot of the shades of magnetic polishes seem to be the same.
