Essence Choose Me!

I hope you're enjoying your Thursday! Its almost Friday! I have a very pretty polish to show you today.

Essence Choose Me! is a dark aqua with teal green glass flecks. The flecks shift from teal to a gold tinted green depending on the angle and lighting. It reminds me of a mermaid. Gorgeous and opaque in two coats. If this polish looks familiar, it is a dupe for Zoya Charla and Orly Halley's Comet. I own Charla and personally am happy to own both. They are both so pretty that an extra bottle is a good thing.

Essence Colour & Go retails for $1 at Ulta, H-E-B, and FredMeyer.

  2. Lovely - sort of reminds me a tad of Zoya Charla and OPI Catch Me In Your Net - both that are teal high reflect shimmers (non glitter) metallics. No where around me for 100's of miles sells Essence - so I always miss out - maybe a good thing as I often will peal on my nails when I use any of the cheaper polishes.

    1. Not sure if its a dupe for the OPI, but it is a dupe for Charla. That sucks that you do not have access to Essence. I don't have access to the majority since its a European company. But Ulta has a small selection. And I've gotten some great gifts from Europe.

  3. I happily own both, too, and I talked a girlfriend teetering on the edge of polish madness into buying the Essence, and she's got it on her toes right now. :D I've yet to use it, myself, but I'm having fun collecting Essences, as they're currently 50 cents at my local Fred's. :)

    1. I adore Essence! If I lived in Europe, I'd have every single one. I just snatched up some from Ulta today. I work there and I was thrilled to get some of the new ones before they went on display.
